Yes, it’s easy to operate “da Vinci 3D printer”, even you have no idea about 3D printing.

Then, you simply input the file into “da Vinci 3D printer” (by operating XYZware from your computer), after clicking “Operate”, the 3D printer starts printing till finished.

“da Vinci 1.0A” can only print one color at a time. You may change different color filament to print other models (there are 17 different colors available).

Alpha-3D provides a free training course for customers to operate and maintain “da Vinci 3D printers”.
 
Together with the machine, Alpha-3D also provides:

• User’s Manual (both Vietnamese and English versions)
• Tutorial video clips (include unboxing, load filament, print your first model, print bed calibration, print bed maintenance, LCM troubleshooting, drive belt tension.)

You will need to restart “da Vinci 3D printer” and make the model from the beginning after the power resumes.
But if you wish to keep the part you finished before power black-out, you may cut the file so to restart making the rest part of model.

“da Vinci 3D printer” prints models exactly following your file. You may need to check and modify your file (by program Netflabb, etc.)

Please turn off your anti-virus software before you install XYZware. After finish installing XYZware, you may turn on your anti-virus software.

Use the Jog Axis Function (Z-Axis) to lower the print bed, then use a cloth with water or mild detergent to clean it gently. (You may refer to the video clip “Print bed maintenance” for details)

You will need to buy from Alpha-3D to ensure the best, stable and reliable filaments.
If you use filaments from other sources, Alpha-3D will not guarantee the quality of the model and the “da Vinci 3D printer” warranty will be void.

You may contact Alpha-3D via telephone or email, describing in detail your difficulties. Alpha-3D will assist you to settle the problem.
If the problem still persists, after reporting to Alpha-3D, you may follow the instruction from Alpha-3D, and send the “da Vinci 3D printer” to Alpha-3D for a thorough checking.

Alpha-3D will arrange delivery via EMS to the address where you specified with your order. (You will need to pay for the delivery charge)

There are some possibilities:

• Print bed might be too close to print nozzle
• Print bed might be too far from the print nozzle
• Calibration of the print bed is gone.
